I’m Heba Dallachi, SHRM-CP, an HR strategist with an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School and over 15 years of experience in the United Nations system. Throughout my career, I’ve worked alongside organizations and professionals in some of the world’s most dynamic environments, helping them navigate complex HR challenges, transform structures, and empower people to thrive. From leading emergency staffing pipelines in humanitarian crises to driving strategic workforce planning and organizational transformation, my work has always been about unlocking potential and enabling progress.
